I agree to hold harmless and indemnify and defend Stellrr Insulation against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, property damage, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees and other litigation which in any way arise from declining to have the Fire Safety Ignition and/or Thermal Barrier Coating installed in my semi-conditioned attic and/or crawlspace.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read stellrr.com/fire or received all recommendations by Stellrr as to why installing an intumescent coating for an Ignition and/or Thermal Barrier is needed and required by building codes. I agree that Stellrr Insulation shall not be responsible for any injuries or losses sustained to me, my home/property, the residents, or any other persons. Additionally, I agree to be held solely responsible if my negligence, willful misconduct, or disregard for the recommendation leads to damage to others or Stellrr Insulation property.
